As a way to celebrate Inspire Studio's 12th Anniversary and to show you my gratitude for being a part of this community, I wanted to offer you a free 30 minute session of my favorite style of guided meditation. Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. Not only does it create relaxation and enhance healing, but it opens us to our inner guidance and helps to integrate change by accessing the subconscious. I think of it as a more accessible form of meditation than traditional, seated meditation. It will deepen your connection to your breath, body and inner peace. It's also a tool for initiating deep change In the root causes of physical, emotional and psychological imbalances as a result of stress.
Prepare a comfortable space where you can lie down or recline with perhaps a pillow under your knees blankets, an eye pillow or light covering over your eyes, a blanket over you-anything you may need to be comfortable. If you have distractions at home, you might enjoy listening through headphones. There will likely be background music included to enhance relaxation.
