As a way to celebrate Inspire Studio's 12th Anniversary, I wanted to offer you a way to start Memorial Day with energy and intention. Everyone talks about how valuable meditation is in the morning, but often feeling tired and sluggish prevents many of us from benefiting from a morning meditation. This practice will prepare your body and mind to be present enough to really benefit from a seated meditation session.
We'll begin with a short mantra to help us center before moving into a sequence that includes movements and breath techniques to prepare you to sit for meditation and set an intention for your day!
