In this Kirtan Immersion Workshop, Sashwatadas shares his love of Kirtan as a sacred tradition and immersion into mantra chanting. His engagement with the group is very dynamic, offering an experience that is both enriching to the soul and enlightening to the mind. And he helps us to discover the depth of Kirtan which leads to the opening of the heart.
About Sashwatadas
Sashwatadasananda is a passionate music teacher with a sincere love for Hari Nam. With a Bachelor of Education degree, he combines academic expertise with a deep spiritual connection to guide students on a transformative journey through the world of kirtan.
As a music teacher, he not only imparts a unique group-based experience but also fosters a deeper understanding of the spiritual essence of Kirtan. His classes and workshops are more than just a technical experience; they are a gateway to nurture your heartfelt connection with the divine through the power of music.

When: Friday April 5th, 6:30-8:00 pm
Where: Presence Studio, 1412 Cornwall Ave. (across the street from my old, Inspire Studio) The studio is just to the left of Bellingham Bar and Grill and is located upstairs. Allow for time to find parking and please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Chairs are available if you prefer that to sitting on the floor.

What to Bring: Plenty of blankets, bolsters, and chairs are available to use, but if you have a favorite cushion, feel free to bring it.

Cancellation/refund policy: If you can’t attend the event, please get in touch. Refunds are usually only given when the cancellation is made 48 hours before the event starts.
However, you are always welcome to give your ticket to someone else or if you contact Ruby as soon as you can, you can let her know what future event or class you’d like to be registered in with your credit.
