Where: Presence Studio 1412 Cornwall Ave. The studio is just to the left of Bellingham Bar and Grill and is located upstairs. Be sure to allow plenty of time for parking and arrive a bit early to settle in so we can start on time.

What to bring: Some yoga props will be available to borrow, but the floor is hard, so please bring a cozy padding (yoga, pilates, camping mat, or sleeping bag) to lay on, a pillow, blanket, and ear plugs if your ears are sensitive. Tea will be available, bring your own cup if you like.
