Join us in sending love, light, and hopefully a bit of $ to Ukraine. This situation has been on all of our hearts and though it might not feel like much, gathering together with a strong shared intention this way really does make a difference.
We'll likely guide you through some sort of breathing, movement, and guided meditation or visualization with Restorative Reiki Energy. Feel free to stay for a 10 minute sharing circle at the end.
