Even a short meditation practice can lift spirits, calm minds and center ourselves for the day to come. A healthy human spirit is resilient, whole and bright. This meditation offering asks us to come home to ourselves, release anxiety and return to our calm, loving, breathing present. Though we will mostly practice Kundalini yoga style meditations, we we will also explore meditations, mantras, and pranayama (breath techniques) from other styles and traditions as well.
Join Ruby Koa and sometimes Ashley Fullenwider for this virtual series from 8-8:20am (Pacific) Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Let's make peace for the day to come. This may differ at times, but you can usually expect more of a breathing focused meditation on Mondays, a classical and often a Mantra or voice focused meditation on Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Virtual Meditation and Pranayama Pass includes Morning Peace Meditation (Mon., Wed. Fri.), and Yoga Church (Sunday) Occasionally Ruby will offer short breath, movement, or meditation classes and these will sometimes be included as well.
