Finding Equilibrium Gentle Flow (9.24.21)

This is from Ruby's 9.24.21 Gentle Flow class which takes inspiration from our recent fall equinox to find some evenness between the opposites. We'll start by practicing and even ujjayi breathing on inhale and exhale and then move into some lying down core strengthening and shoulder opening. We'll hold a reclined twist for three minutes in the yin style, but if you're not practicing twists, you can have your arm overhead in a side lying position instead.
We'll then practice some side forearm planks, some back strengthening and then a lunge sequence. We'll finish with a loving kindness meditation that you can do from seated or shavasana.
