Guided Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) for an Open Heart

Ruby offered this as a live, free meditation to the Inspire Studio community on 8.16.21. This guided relaxation is actually a practice known as yoga nidra, or yogic sleep and is a wonderful way to help you physically and mentally relax. It also helps connect you with your intention, or special seed you want to sprout and blossom in your life. Typically we practice yoga nidra lying down, but you can do it in any position as long as you're fully comfortable and supported.
The music used is Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, and Third Eye Chakra by MacroForm and is provided by YogiTunes.
