This is from the free morning meditation class Ruby offered 7.12.21. Morning Peace Meditation is offered Mon., Wed., and Friday Mornings, 8:00-8:20 am, usually by Ashley Fullenwider and is included in both our monthly membership or our monthly meditation & pranayama membership.
We'll start off with some fun movement using the song Sol Arising by Aykanna, provided by YogiTunes, to clear energy and to get ready to sit. Unfortunately I had the settings set up incorrectly, so the music didn't come through very well :(.
We'll then practice a powerful pranayama from the book, Prana, Pranee, Pranayam from KRI. It's the Three Stroke Breath for Health, Energy, and Radiance.
