This is from Ruby's Morning Peace meditation class from 8/6/25. Though there's a section during the breathing exercise when the sound of the chimes didn't come through, the guided meditation is still nice. You can jump to the 9:45 min. mark to skip right to that part.
Ruby starts by leading you through the six movements of the spine, some breath work to calm your nervous system followed by a reading and guided meditation from p. 6 of Mark Nepo's "The Little Book of Awakening". The excerpt is called "The Art of Facing Things".
