Heart Centered Meditation for Brain/Heart Coherence with Sound Healing

This is from 2/14/25, Valentine's Day, when Ruby opened up our Morning Peace Meditation session to the community for a gentle, heart-centered meditation. She also starts with a little info on the Heart Math Institute's concept of Heart-Brain Coherence and mentions the 3 steps to reach that state. She'll take you through a guided body scan with the sounds of her singing bowls and chimes, some vocalizing, and prompts to conjure up a feeling of gratitude and appreciation, which all contribute to that coherent state. Once you get comfortable with these three steps: (1. Go Inward, nurture a heart centered focus 2. Practice deep breathing, maybe even a longer inhale 3. Use your thinking mind to cultivate a palpable feeling of appreciation), then you can more quickly and regularly create a coherent state in just minutes.
This may also be a soothing video to revisit anytime, whether you’re starting your day or taking a moment to pause, as it's a chance to nurture self-love, compassion, and connection with yourself.
