Short Yoga Nidra for Sleep (15 min. with Singing Bowls)

This is from Ruby's 10.14.24 Morning Peace Meditation. In this version of yoga nidra, or guided relaxation and breath, Ruby will play her Tibetan singing bowls while giving you relaxing guidance. Though perfect to practice to anytime, because this session does not have guidance to wake you up or bring you out of the practice, it is especially helpful to use when you're having trouble sleeping or simply want to rest or meditate beyond the time of the video without interruption.

In times of transition or change of season, we may find that we need more rest. NSDR or Non Sleep Deep Rest practices like this can really help to prepare you for sleep at night. You'll likely find you can fall asleep faster, or if practicing during the day when a bit fatigued, you may find you can end up feeling more refreshed than even from taking a nap.
