In this guided Fall Equinox Meditation session, we'll tune into the Autumn qualities of reflection, slowing down, and balance as we celebrate this new season.
First, decided whether you'd like to practice this meditation seated or lying down. Ruby will be playing her Tibetan or metal singing bowls and various types of chimes during the session, be sure to have high quality speakers or headphones. The singing bowls get a bit loud, so you probably want to turn your volume down a bit.
You can choose to join in the opening mantras or just listen.
