This video was a recording of a free live class offered as a way to celebrate Inspire Studio's 12th Anniversary. Since it was a live class, it was a little more tricky to adjust the music volume. Apologies if it is a bit loud for some.

Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. Not only does it create relaxation and enhance healing, but it opens us to our inner guidance and helps to integrate change by accessing the subconscious. I think of it as a more accessible form of meditation than traditional, seated meditation. It will deepen your connection to your breath, body and inner peace. It's also a tool for initiating deep change In the root causes of physical, emotional and psychological imbalances as a result of stress. Prepare a comfortable space where you can lie down or recline with perhaps a pillow under your knees blankets, an eye pillow or light covering over your eyes, a blanket over you-anything you may need to be comfortable. If you have distractions at home, you might enjoy listening through headphones.
