This is from Ruby's 2/2/34 Gentle Flow Class. So many of us hold habitual tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders and this class focuses on working out tightness and easing tension in those areas.
Note: there's couple of brief times when this video has static because of Ruby's Microphone.
We’ll begin with a seated sequence to get you into your body and then do a few movements reclined before shifting to hands and knees and then standing.
The final relaxation or shavasana will include a guided relaxation for the upper body with music (apologies that the music is a bit loud in comparison to my voice).
Focus: Upper back, neck, shoulders, and brief touch on the side body, low back, legs, and hips.
Props: blanket(s), block(s), strap, tennis/massage ball
