This is from Ruby's 3/29/23 Yin/Yang Flow class. It starts with a reclined heart opener with a focus on breath and intention. We'll move into a fluid spine opening warm up before practicing some forearm plank and side plank variations in a lovely flow. We'll also use support from the furniture in our house or a wall to find strength and stability in our balancing postures.
Focus: lower and upper back, gentle core strength, balance, hamstrings, hips
Props: block(s), blanket, wall or whatever furniture might be supportive in the balancing postures
