Soothing Body Scan (no music)

This is from Ruby's 11.14.22 Morning Peace Meditation session. Being a Monday and an intense time for most of us, I decided to lead us through a condensed version of yoga nidra. It's basically a relaxed body scan, and you can do it from seated or lying down. We'll chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo to open and Sat Nam to close.
