This is from Ruby's 11.4.22 Morning Peace Meditation and the first of a two part series focused on the mantra Sat Nam and two different applications for it. We'll practice chanting it out loud, then silently in rhythm with our pulse. This is a great technique for beginning meditators or anyone to build focus in meditation. It helps one become responsive instead of reactive and focuses even the most scattered of minds!
