Day 1 (Meditation for Removing Fear of the Future): Meditate for Ourselves & the World 6 Day Challenge

This meditation was taught by Ruby Koa as part of a free series 7.29.22.
We'll start our 6 day challenge with a soothing meditation that helps to release our fears of the future.
Although we'll be practicing a different meditation each day of this challenge, I am including links for the music for this meditation as once you have the mudra down, you may want to meditate without my guidance in order to go deeper.
