In light of what's been going on lately in this country with the infringement on women's rights, when Ruby subbed this class for Ashley 7.1.22, she opened it up to the community and we chanted the powerful Adi Shakti Mantra. I apologize in advance that I forgot to record in Zoom, so you don't get the lyrics on the screen and one person forgot to mute at one point, so sorry about that.
The Adi Shakti Mantra connects us to the frequency of the Divine Mother, and to the primal protective, generating energy present there. Chanting this mantra can help to soften our fears and brings powerful energy that we can direct towards our heartfelt desire that's rising from this turbulent time.
