This is a sequence my teacher calls "spiritual practice" and it includes mantra to set intention, breath work & some movements from Kundalini Yoga to get energy moving. It serves as an excellent prep for meditation. Starting a morning yoga practice has been next to impossible for me, but even doing part of this one feels so good!
We'll be Practicing the mantra: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu which means: “May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”
