This class will give you tools, resources and practice to bring you into peace and balance during this transitional time. So that we all come out of this stronger, at peace and connected.
What we will be doing during this course:
  • Time to share the challenges and gifts this time has brought us; individually, as a group and as a global community. 
  • Guided Breath Session
  • Guided Meditation to relax, bring us into balance and connect with our greater selves.
Let us use this time to create the world we want internally and externally. 
Bios:
Blake and Kristi Allen have been supporting people who are on a path to thriving physically, emotionally and spiritually for over 2 decades. They are both Transformational Breath® Trainers, massage therapists and Workshop Leaders. Kristi is also a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor.
