​Outdoor August Double Gong Bath

Where: New Location: At Fairhaven Park. Once you enter the park, keep driving up to the event building and park there. A bit to the right of the labyrinth is a lovely, grassy secluded spot.
Price: $20 (15% off for members), (If you have an old pass you want to use up, you can use that instead, to equal roughly the same amount, just let Ruby know...she can also adjust an old pass if it's expired)

Join us in celebrating this abundant summer season with sound! These sound healing events are a wonderful way to reset yourself, connect with a new intention,  and allow your whole self to be balanced with sound. This healing experience begins with a brief segment of centering, gentle movement, and meditation to allow the nervous system to prepare for the sound vibrations.
Sometimes there will be a form of guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra that helps you to consciously relax. Then enjoy an extended relaxation (at least 40 minutes long) while experiencing the powerful healing sounds of two gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. The sound of the gong creates deep relaxation, releases us from the torrent of thoughts our mind continuously generates and stimulates our glandular system to a higher frequency of functioning.

Due to this being an outside event, masks are optional. It depends on your comfort level. We’ll have a big grassy area to spread out on. Of course we never know what the weather will be like this far in advance, so I will be in touch at least a day or two before if it looks like we will need to reschedule, or if there is a sudden change in weather, I’ll email you a few hours before the event (you’ll of course receive a refund or credit if you can’t make the rescheduled time).

Depending on the weather, you’ll definitely want to bring a mat, blanket or sleeping bag, sun hat of some sort (this location has a choice of sun or shade), and maybe even a pillow for your head and a pillow or blanket for under your knees. Eye pillows will be available to borrow.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to get set up. 
Snacks and tea will be offered at the end.
