Ruby has led Full Moon Circles for years, but finally she’s ready to start offering New Moon Circles! The sky, free of moonlight, will serve as a metaphorical blank canvas during this special time to plant seeds of new intentions. Energetically it is a time when you can create space to support and nourish the creative element in yourself, to refill your own cup and make time to connect with the natural world and yourself. This will also be a great opportunity to gather together with other like-minded women to tap into our powerful feminine energy and to deepen our understanding and relationship to the cycles of the moon.
The format of this event will include some clearing, centering, gentle kundalini and/or hatha yoga, some info. on the astrology of the new moon, tarot or oracle cards, journaling, and sharing. Then there will be some ritual and either a guided or a kundalini yoga meditation.
We’ll end with shavasana with singing bowls and optional time to enjoy tea and snacks!
Be sure not to miss this opportunity for connection and community!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in so we can start on time and bring paper, pen, and a crystal or special item to place on the altar.
*Note: The next (maybe the last outdoor one of the year) Full Moon Circle will be Monday August 23rd at the same location.
