Even a short meditation practice can lift spirits, calm minds and center ourselves for the day to come. A healthy human spirit is resilient, whole and bright. This meditation offering asks us to come home to ourselves, release anxiety and return to our calm, loving, breathing present. We will practice Kundalini yoga meditations as well as other pranayama/breath techniques. Join Ruby and sometimes Ashley for this virtual series from 8-8:20am (Pacific) Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Let's make peace for the day to come. This may differ at times, but you can usually expect more of a breathing focused meditation on Mondays, a classical and often a Mantra or voice focused meditation on Wednesdays and Fridays.
