Throughout the evening, we will be releasing the old, connecting in community, setting intentions, moving our bodies with a short yoga flow, and enjoying a Sound Bath Journey with Ruby's beautiful Planetary Moon Gong, Planetary Year Earth gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum to channel healing energy through.
At least one Reiki practicioner will be present to send soothing energy to the group and/or offer individual support if needed.
Stick around for tea, snacks, and connection to finish off the night. (Feel free to bring something to share).

What to Bring: This sound bath will primarily be experienced lying down in a relaxed, comfortable position. Thick square and round meditation cushions, some blankets, and silk eye pillows (with optional lavender aromatherapy) will be available to use, but you may want to bring some of your own items for extra comfort. Having something under your head and knees, and a warm covering is key for the most relaxing experience.
- A yoga or Pilates mat
- A blanket and/or pillow for warmth and support
- A journal and pen
- Optional item to put on the altar
- Optional oracle or tarot deck (Ruby will have several available to use though)
Cancellation/refund policy: If you can’t attend the event, please get in touch. Refunds are usually only given when the cancellation is made 24 hours before the event starts as space is limited and we’d like time to contact anyone on the waiting list. However, you are always welcome to give your ticket to someone else or if you contact Ruby as soon as you can, you can let her know what future event or class you’d like to be registered in with your credit.
About Reiki: Reiki is a wonderful way to restore one’s life-force energy. It is an ancient healing art and means “Universal Energy” in Japanese. It is believed to enhance the body’s ability to heal itself and offers increasing wellbeing and resilience. Participants will receive restorative energy and support with grounding themselves and releasing blocked energy channels during the sound healing segment of the event.
