Kundalini Sunlight Start (via class recording-live class canceled)

Due to low attendance, this live class is going to be canceled starting in January. However, Ruby has many of Ashley's 45-60 min. classes that she's downloaded in the past. So each week she's going to upload one of them to the content library and attach it to this particular class. She'll try to send them out at first, but the best way to access these will be to just go into punchpass and see the class connected to your Wed. class reservation.

If you prefer live classes and don't want your class pass to be used, please delete your reservation.

The zoom link will still work, so you are welcome to logon like usual, say hi to everyone, mute yourself, watch the video, and say goodbye at the end. That way you will still have accountability to practice.
