Resonance & Renewal: A Day of Voice, Sound & Soul Restoration
with Ruby Koa

August 24 (Sunday)
at 9:30 am

Class length
420 minutes

Location
IN PERSON- Rising Moon Meadows

Come home to your voice, your body, and your inner stillness in this daylong retreat designed to attune you to your natural rhythm—through the healing power of voice, sound, breath, and deep rest.

Held on the sacred land of Rising Moon Meadows, this retreat offers a nourishing space to journey inward through sound, silence, and subtle energy. We’ll explore movement, breathwork, vocal toning, and two immersive sound baths, supported by deep stillness, restorative practices, and guided reflection that invites clarity and renewal.
🌑 This retreat takes place just after the Virgo New Moon—an ideal time to create space for inward focus, intention setting, and aligning your energy with what you’re ready to cultivate next. Together, we’ll honor this cosmic moment through heart-centered practices that support deep integration and restoration.
We’ll begin the day with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao offering to ground, connect, and drop into presence. Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to gently awaken the heart, clarify intention, and support emotional flow—making it a beautiful way to start this journey of resonance and renewal.
Whether you’re seeking deep rest, energetic alignment, or a creative reset, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your own rhythm and leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and restored.
