This June marks 13 years since I first opened my studio doors—a journey that began with movement and has since grown into a spacious practice of presence, sound, and stillness. To honor this milestone, you're invited to a special Full Moon Sound Bath, held just after the peak of the Sagittarius Full Moon.
Just after the full moon peaks, this is a potent time to integrate its insights, reconnect with your truth, release what no longer serves, and align with your deepest vision. Sagittarius, the seeker and sage, inspires us to embrace possibility, spiritual growth, and expansive clarity.
What to Expect
The event will begin with Susan Powell guiding us through an honoring of the land and ancestors through tuning into the four directions. You'll then be led through some gentle movement to awaken your body and open your heart, preparing you to settle into stillness. From there, Ruby will guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra that incorporates breath awareness to calm the mind and balance the energetic field.
Then, allow yourself to fully immerse in a rich sound journey woven with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments. This 90-minute experience is designed to soothe your nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore inner harmony.
There may also be one or two intuitive energy work practitioners present, offering gentle support during the sound bath through modalities such as Reiki.
Whether you’ve practiced with me in a studio, online, or this is your first time with me, this evening is a heartfelt thank-you.
One or two intuitive energy workers may be present to offer gentle support through Reiki and other modalities. A yummy array of tea and snacks will also be available before and after the event for you to enjoy while connecting with the community.

More on Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation technique that promotes deep rest, healing, and transformation. This practice gently guides you into a state between waking and sleeping—where the subconscious becomes more accessible, allowing you to release tension, access insight, and integrate change on a profound level.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to:
Reduce stress and promote nervous system healing
Support emotional and psychological balance
Enhance creativity, clarity, and self-awareness
This practice activates the brain’s alpha wave state, a super-conscious frequency that fosters deep presence and insight. Recently, it has been recognized under the umbrella of NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), a term popularized by neuroscientist Andrew Huberman.
