An Evening of Rest, Renewal & Resonance
Join us for a nourishing one-hour evening session to honor Beltane, the Celtic fire festival that celebrates fertility, vitality, and the blossoming of life. As we cross this seasonal threshold, you’re invited to slow down, restore your energy, and reconnect with your inner light.
We’ll begin with optional community connection and gentle grounding, followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice to root into your body, awaken inner peace, and invite clarity around what you’re ready to cultivate. You’ll be guided to set a sankalpa—a heartfelt intention—that aligns with the energy of Beltane, when the veil is thin and the seeds of desire are ready to take root.
From there, surrender into a soothing sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, designed to calm your nervous system and harmonize your whole being. Sound will be woven throughout the Yoga Nidra and will continue afterward to support deep rest and integration.
🌸 Come early! Zoom space opens at 8:25 PM for optional community connection.
🌙 No formal closing. You’re welcome to join from bed and drift into rest as the session completes.
