I'm hoping to offer at least a few outdoor Kundalini Yoga classes this summer.

This is unique and dynamic practice open to all levels of students who wish to expand their minds and energy levels. Get a bit of workout while expanding your spiritual awareness at the same time! Each class includes breathing, mantras, movement, stretching, and meditation to strengthen the glandular, immune, and nervous system while balancing the chakras, heart, and mind. A class that moves you...and not in the way you'd expect!

Ruby is having these classes in her yard as it's relatively flat and there is some shade and sun spots. The class will be offered both in person and online. If you prefer the online version, be sure to register for that so you receive the link.

If the weather doesn't cooperate, I'll try to let everyone know as soon as possible and I'll just have the class online (if you purchased a drop in, you can use it for the next in person class).
Text or call Ruby if you have any questions: 360-447-8778.

When: Saturday Aug. 10th & 18th, depending on the weather and if there are at least 6 signs ups. I may offer more "pop up" outdoor classes if the weather and my schedule permits!

Cost: $15 (class cards & memberships apply) Because I don't have to pay rent, the virtual class prices apply, and if you have an in person class pass, you're welcome to use that and let me know and I'll give you a discount code when you go to purchase your next pass.

Location: 925 24th St. My house is bright light blue with a red door and there's a giant Sequoia in the front yard. It's probably fine to park in the Blue Heron Montessori parking or along the street. There is also a lot of parking available further East on Taylor Ave. and along 26th St. and you could enter through our backyard (blue house with a blue door and a shed). Please arrive 5-10 early to settle in.

What to bring: yoga mat, one or two blankets, block(s) if you have them, and an eye covering. There should be plenty of shade, but wear sunscreen and a hat to play it safe. Dress in layers as it can be breezy.
