Free Heart Centered Meditation and Movement

Join Ruby and Psychic Energy Healer Valerie Lonneman in gentle movement, breath, and guided meditation, including simple intuitive energy techniques to use in your everyday life. The focus of this short session will be to support the physical, energetic, and emotional aspects of your heart space.

Our intention in offering this free event is to give you a taste of our upcoming Intuitive Energy and Sound Healing workshops, which will include a group psychic reading and healing of issues held in common by participants. We still have a few tickets available for the first of our three workshops, Your Multi-Dimensional Heart, coming up soon on February 12 at Bow Sanctuary! We are also exploring the potential of expanding this concept into an online offering and will look forward to hearing any feedback or interest. We will send a recording of the event if you are unable to attend live.
