Join Ruby & Cathy for an opportunity connect with community, reflect on 2021, and tune into your intentions for 2022. There will likely be a couple minutes of physical movement and breathwork before you are guided through a beautiful meditation with visualization and music to assist you in feeling into your vision for the new year. You can be lying down or seated for this. Before we close, you'll have a chance to relax in stillness or write down your insights if desired.
This will be recorded in case you want to revisit it or in case you can't make it live.
What to bring: If you choose to practice the meditation lying down, have a pillow, blanket(s), and eye covering and if you do it seated, have your chair or meditation cushion handy. Have a journal and pen on hand in case you want to write anything down.
