Moving Meditation with Music (featuring guest teacher Denise Skinner)

In the Morning Peace Meditation Ruby offers three times a week, she likes to expose her students to different forms of meditation and sometimes brings on guest teachers. In this session from 2/28/24, she'll open and close the session, certified Azul Conscious Movement teacher, Denise Skinner will teach for most of the time, offering a moving meditation with music.
