Yoga Church (Online via Zoom)
Note: This is an online class. It doesn't have the online label because the teacher has her own Zoom account.
Spirituality is part of what it means to be human and the Yoga Church Weekly Gathering creates a space for us to build community, deepen our practice, and cultivate a sense of the sacred in our lives.
- Together we explore spirituality through breath work, meditation, journaling, conversation, chanting, and a bit of gentle movement.
- Our study and practice is grounded in the ancient scriptures of yoga--including the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Upanishads.
- Together we work to connect with Divine Mystery (however we each understand it) and build our capacity to love (we wrestle with big questions about self-care, collective care, and what it means to practice revolutionary love).
