Aura Quick Fixes (Morning Movement & Meditation)

This is from Ruby's 3.13.23 Morning Peace Meditation class. We'll chant two mantras from Kundalini Yoga to begin. The Adi Mantra to connect with your inner teacher: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo and the Mangala Charan Mantra for Protection: Aad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Day Vay Nameh
We'll do a few movements from standing that are great to get your energy moving while also serving as a great tune up for your auric field. A seated meditation and then guided visualization will follow.
