Let's get ready for a good night of sleep. This class incorporates light stretches, a few poses that release stuck energy, and pranayama meditation to release stress from the day and prepare the body for rejuvenating sleep. During sleep the body repairs itself, but if it cannot relax in order to repair it will feel like you're always "on". This class will allow the body to release excess energy from the day, and let go of mental stress as preparation for a solid night of sleep. You are invited to join in your jammies! 

This classes is offered as part of the new $25/month meditation and pranayama subscription through Inspire Studio and is also included in the new $50/month pass for all virtual Inspire Studio classes.
