Getting tired of being desk bound all day? Try fitting a little yoga into your work week- it’ll help you relieve stress, breathe more fully, and increase your strength and flexibility all at the same time! Whether you’re new to yoga or not, this all levels Vinyasa Flow class will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated. Some challenging poses may be playfully introduced with emphasis on developing awareness of body and breath as a moving meditation.

The instructor, Ruby C. Koa, has been teaching various styles of yoga in Bellingham for over 10 years, is a ERYT, and strives to make both beginners and more advanced students feel accommodated in class.
