The combination of Ruby’s planetary gongs and Matthew’s surreal voice and cosmic throat singing is profoundly powerful—creating waves of sound that reach deep into the body, mind, and spirit.

We will also be joined by intuitive energy work practitioner Saralee Sky, who will offer gentle energetic support to the group during the event, enhancing the experience with Reiki and other healing modalities.

Where: 1027 N Forest St, Bellingham, WA 98225
There are about 12 spots behind the building. In addition to street parking, we are allowed to park in the dental office lot on the corner of Maple and N. Forest St. after hours.
Please allow plenty of time for parking and arrive 10–20 minutes early to settle in.

What to Bring: The sound journey is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Some blankets and lovely silk eye pillows with optional lavender aromatherapy essential oils will be available to use. Your body will cool down when lying down for so long, so please dress in layers and bring whatever you need to be warm and comfortable.

- yoga/exercise mat, or reclining camping chair if lying on the floor is difficult for you
- blanket and/or pillow
- journal and pen in case you'd like to write a bit after the experience.

Cancellation/refund policy: If you can’t attend the event, please get in touch. Refunds are usually only given when the cancellation is made 24 hours before the event starts. However, you are always welcome to give your ticket to someone else or if you contact Ruby as soon as you can, you can let her know what future event or class you’d like to be registered in with your credit.

Matthew Kocel:

Matthew Kocel is an internationally renowned throat singer/sonic alchemist with over 40
years in career as a performer, recording artist and multi-disciplinary healing arts
Practitioner.
Affectionately known as the “Cosmic Throat Singer,” Matthew is a man on a mission to
bring coherence and healing to his fellow humans. He has released 3 albums, toured
around the globe, and his music is a favorite in Dr Joe Dispenza’s advanced guided

Ruby Koa:
Ruby Koa, founder of Inspire Studio, has been teaching yoga in Bellingham since 2009, which naturally led to her practice of Nada Yoga. (yoga of sound)
Drawing on divine feminine energy, she utilizes gongs as well as Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls to foster healing and balance for the community.
